'.One-stage roller reducer series

. The principle of roller reducer:
. , the cylindrical outer roller is mounted on a strong gear box.
., the cylindrical inner roller is mounted on a precision planetary gear plate.
. When the input shaft rotates clockwise, it drives the eccentric sleeve to also rotate clockwise.
., through the ball bearing, the planetary gear plate rotates eccentrically counterclockwise.
. , the inner roller will rotate counterclockwise with the planetary gear plate.
., while the inner roller will rotate counterclockwise with the planetary gear plate, due to the meshing transmission of the inner and outer rollers, the inner and outer rollers will each rotate clockwise around their center.
. Since both the inner and outer rollers can rotate freely around their centers, this transmission method is called a complete movable tooth transmission.
., the output shaft pin will revolve in the counterclockwise direction as the planetary gear plate moves. The output shaft connected to the output shaft pin will also rotate in the counterclockwise direction.
., when the input shaft rotates once, the inner roller will rotate through one tooth in the opposite direction. Therefore, the number of teeth of the inner roller is equal to the reduction ratio.
